Is it just me or is someone's hand in the photo. That's should certainly be cropped out in photoshop. Having the hand in there makes it look like the photographer doesn't know what he's doing. Very rarely do you keep a photograph exactly as its shot and comes out of the camera with out adjusting and/or cropping things out in photoshop first.
